By signing below, I, the parent/guardian of the minor participant, acknowledge and accept all risks associated with my child’s participation in the event/program organized by Be the Renaissance. I release and hold harmless the organization, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or loss resulting from participation. I authorize emergency medical treatment for my child and accept financial responsibility for any associated costs.
